New Director of Human Resources appointed

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Charles Caldwell to the post of Director, Human Resources with effect from 6 April 2011.

Charles was the Senior Human Resources Director of Asia Pacific regional office of a renowned information technology company. He has led many HR initiatives including leadership & development, succession planning and pioneered performance management programmes. Charles is experienced at recruiting at all organisational levels, establishing HR Shared Services Centres and improving HR processes. Charles, who has lived and worked in HR in Hong Kong for fifteen years, has also enjoyed a successful career in general management, consulting, executive coaching and training businesses.
