Term of Service: from 4 Oct 2021 to 3 Oct 2024
Francis was tertiary educated in the UK. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong for almost 30 years. He previously served two consecutive terms as an elected Parent Member on the Board and was a member of the ESF Major Building Projects Committee which included the Island School project. He has served on two School Councils. Francis rejoined the Board in 2021, again as an elected Parent Member. His main focus is the wellbeing, safety and security of students and schools, coupled with the quality of education and getting the best value for money for parents.
