Survey of Admissions Exercise
 
As part of our continuing commitment to improving the quality of ESF and ESL services, we are planning to conduct a small qualitative survey of parents’ experience of our admission procedures to Years 1 and 7 and also to ESF kindergartens. The survey will take the form of focus group discussions conducted by a leading consultancy on customer opinion surveys, Cimigo. The consultants will use a random sampling technique to identify 30 parents to take part in the exercise.
 
Every year we receive a number of comments and some complaints about the admissions exercise. By putting together all of this information with the reports of the focus group discussions, we hope to get a rounded picture of our work and to use this as a basis for improvement.
