Dr Kim Mak is Executive Director of Corporate Affairs of The Hong Kong Jockey Club. A Chartered Civil Engineer, he started his career working on major engineering projects in Australia, Hong Kong and Europe. He then worked as a management consultant in London before returning to Hong Kong. Dr Mak is a Justice of the Peace and has been awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star. He is Chairman of the ESF Remuneration Committee.
