With 18 years of experience in customer services, Simon Joyce specialises in turning struggling sporting companies into highly profitable enterprises. A registered teacher in Hong Kong and Australia, the sports entrepreneur is employed by the Canadian International School of Hong Kong as an Activities Coordinator. 

Prior to his current post Mr Joyce was employed by swimming and training specialist, Harry Wright International as General Manager. Before that he held the position of Head of Sports at ESF Educational Services Ltd. for ten years where he was successful in increasing sales and significantly expanding the existing customer base.  

Mr Joyce has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and holds a Master of Business Administration degree. Besides being a qualified swimming coach, a basketball and tennis instructor, he holds a number of awards for management, accounting and marketing excellence.
