Ms Rathi NandaKumar is the HR and Office Manager at West Island School and brings nearly nine years of experience in the education sector.
She began her journey with ESF in 2016 as a part-time Exams Assistant at WIS and has since gained valuable insights by working across various departments. This experience has deepened her understanding of the vital role support staff play while allowing her to celebrate their achievements and contributions.
As a member of the SSCG at ESF for three years, Rathi has represented support staff by raising matters that can lead to positive systemic changes.
In her role as a School Council member since June 2024, she has further expanded her understanding of organisational operations and the perspectives of various stakeholders.
Rathi remains committed to advocating for support staff by being receptive to their ideas and feedback while actively supporting their interests.
