School Council Chair

Mr Andrew Nowak Solinski is Chair of the Kowloon Junior School Council and Chair of the Major Capital Projects Committee. He has worked in construction in Hong Kong since arriving from Edinburgh, Scotland in 1981. He is a registered architect in HK and the UK and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.
Andrew was responsible for all aspects of the planning and delivery of new buildings projects as well as renovations, building maintenance, furniture and general equipment, landscaping, housekeeping and transportation at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology where he worked in the Facilities Management Office until his retirement in Dec 2018. He is a member and Chair Emeritus of the Hong Kong Chamber Orchestra.
