A seasoned lawyer and an engineer with over 25 years of combined legal practice and industry experience, Arthur has held senior legal positions at multinational companies across industries in the U.S. and in Hong Kong. He was most recently the general counsel of a publicly listed medical device company and has been an independent non-executive director of a publicly listed company for 10 years. Arthur is passionate about education and giving back to the community. He began his journey with ESF at Shatin College in 2017 and is the School Council Chair at Shatin Junior School since 2023. Arthur has a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Duke University, a Master’s in Engineering from Case Western Reserve, and a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University.
