ESF Referral Incentive Program

(Referrer will be rewarded with $1,500 / $5000 upon successful hire)

 

Application Method:

In order to be considered, candidates must send their CV to the relevant school Office Manager / Human Resources by fax or email, and indicate the referrer’s name and current school to enter the referral program.

 

Eligibility:

REFERRER – All ESF employees are welcome to refer potential candidates, however, the following roles are NOT eligible for prize reward:

ESF Centre Management grade or above, All School HR, Leadership (defined at a minimum as Office Manager, Business Managers, Vice Principal, Head of School, Principal, and any additional positions identified by the school), and those on an interview panel that results in the candidate being hired.

CANDIDATE – Cannot be a current or previous employee of ESF, nor currently employed by an ESF vendor.

 

The referrer will be rewarded after the hired candidate has successfully passed the probation period.

 

Positions included in the referral program:

Handyman / Electrician / Plumber / Carpenter / Foreman / Site Supervisor  

Location: Braemar Height, North Point

Benefits: 15 Days Annual Leave, plus Medical and Dental coverage for self and qualified dependents.

Closing Date: December 2019

Referred will be rewarded with $5000 in cash upon successful referral. 

 

The below positions will continue to be in the referral program until further notice:

Caretaker / Assistant Caretaker / Workman / Amah / Cleaner / Gardener

 Benefits: 15 Days Annual Leave, plus Medical and Dental coverage for self and qualified dependents.

Referred will be rewarded with $1500 in cash upon successful referral. 

 

In the event of any disagreement, ESFC HR reserves the right of final decision.
