Ms Karen is an experienced teacher and curriculum leader with a track record of implementing whole-school and ESF-wide enhancement priorities, resulting in measurable outcomes for every learner. She is a curriculum design specialist with expertise in personalising teaching and learning for diverse learners. She is passionate about supporting families of neurodivergent children. She is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist who promotes the Pedagogy of Play. She values strong, respectful, collaborative partnerships with staff, parents, and with other schools across and beyond ESF.
