Ms Charlotte Phillips is currently serving as the Early Years Leader (Years 1-3) at Sha Tin Junior School. Originally from the UK, Charlotte embarked on her teaching career in Hong Kong and joined ESF in 2021, marking her eighth year in the field of education. With a deep-rooted passion for fostering a love for learning, Charlotte takes immense joy in accompanying students on their educational journeys. Driven and enthusiastic, Charlotte constantly seeks opportunities to enhance student support in today’s ever-evolving world. As she pursues her master’s degree in education, she remains committed to researching the latest pedagogical advancements. With an unwavering dedication to education, Charlotte strives to create a significant and supportive impact on the future of the foundation.
