Mr Tim Blackburn is the Chief Executive of Swire Properties and also a Director of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited and Chairman of Swire Hotels. Before his current role, Tim was Chief Executive Officer, Chinese Mainland and lived in Beijing. Tim joined the Swire Group in 1994 and has held senior positions at various subsidiary companies in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Tim holds an MA (Hons) in Modern Languages from Cambridge University and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
