Anna Champion
Anna’s life revolves around developing emerging talent. Her passion lies in seeing people realise their potential as individuals. Her corporate life was primarily focused on recruiting and developing people at the beginning of their careers. She commenced her career in London recruiting and developing trainee solicitors from UK based universities for a law firm.
Subsequently she moved to a global investment bank where she created an infrastructure wide graduate programme (hiring over 150 graduates into 11 different business areas) before heading to Singapore to lead the Asia region through a transformation in their recruitment and development practices from universities and business schools. She streamlined the application process, improved the development programme and the firm was recognised as the Graduate Employer of the Year in Singapore’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers.
Anna currently supports universities across the globe with their career programmes (including HKUST, HKU, City University, Hull University) as well as working with many graduate employers on a regular basis through her company The Talent Lighthouse.
