This one day workshop will enable participants to deliver the Strong Not Tough resilience programme, for ages 16 and upwards, suitable for Y11, sixth form and adults. Strong not Tough is the fourth programme from FRIENDS and is suitable to run alongside any of the other FRIENDS courses, for the wider community, such as parents and staff.
