ESF Board of Governors Election reminder

Dear Parents of ESF primary and secondary schools and Private Independent Schools,

You should be able to receive the revised set of election documents by 13 October with the following:

Two small envelopes with green flaps

Two ballot papers printed on yellow paper and 
one set of candidate’s personal statements

Please be reminded that the set you received previously is no longer valid. Please make use of the yellow ballot papers and the envelopes with green flaps for the voting.

The deadline for submitting the ballot paper (one in each envelope) is 25 October 2011 at 5pm. Please put only ONE cross next to the name of each candidate you wish to vote for. You may vote for a maximum of FIVE candidates on each ballot paper.

As half term holiday starts 15 October, if you plan on going on holidays, we strongly recommend that you post the completed ballot paper beforehand. You can also put it in the designated ballot box at your child’s school, which will be collected at 5pm on 25 October.
