Fun FRIENDS teaches 4 to 7 year olds emotional resilience that will stay with them for life as well as building self-esteem and confidence. FRIENDS is an acronym for the skills and strategies taught in the program; covering practical strategies for coping with stress, worry, fear and sadness.
