The programme will be facilitated by ESF senior leaders and international educators and is designed to investigate core aspects of leadership and management in schools.

Participants will learn how to:

1) IMPROVE school outcomes by improving all levels of school leadership.

2) BUILD an enduring network of leaders who value sharing, support, collaboration and critique.

3) HELP teachers and middle leaders to pursue lines of inquiry that will improve their leadership.

4) DEEPEN the organisational learning across schools.

Please note that this is a full year programme and you must be prepared and able to attend all workshop sessions (9 in total) as well as the Leadership Summit on 9-10 November 2018. Please consider this commitment carefully before registering.
