Complaints Policy

The Complaints Policy outlines the procedures to be followed when dealing with a complaint raised by a non-Staff Member stakeholder about a Staff Member, a non-Staff Member stakeholder or about ESF services. The Policy covers issues not raised and resolved at the school level and is designed to ensure fairness and consistency of approach.

Harassment Policy

The Harassment Policy clarifies ESF’s commitment to providing a working and learning environment free from harassment, and outlines the procedures to be followed in alleged harassment situations in schools and offices within ESF. The Policy applies to all issues of potential harassment raised against a Staff Member by any ESF stakeholder.
