Elizabeth (Liz) Bosher was educated at Girton College, Cambridge where she was awarded an MA in English. She held several senior positions in the Hong Kong government prior to 1996, served as an Executive Director of the HK Airport Authority and then joined the leading US aviation consultancy Landrum & Brown Inc. 

A past President and Executive Committee Chairman of the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children, Mrs Bosher is still an active member of the Executive Committee. She is also Director General of Aerospace Forum Asia and a member of the Steering Group of the Citizens’ Commission for Constitutional Development.
