Paul Varty is a Chartered Surveyor who has spent most of his life in Hong Kong. He has been involved in Hong Kong real estate for over 30 years and for the past 15 years has been an independent consultant and advisor. He was formerly Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Hong Kong Branch) and is currently a Council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He is also an Accredited Mediator. Paul and his wife together with both of their children are all alumni of King George V School.
